I know the area that you're talking about going into Springfield from Eugene under the bridge.
It is always the same bunch of people there sharing their wheelchair and asking for handouts.
I have watched it grow from one or two people to actually a small community.
no, the fact that there is a meth lab there is not surprising at all.
