President Bush losing support for his guest worker program

the Washington Times--

President Bush has convinced House representatives that he is serious about enforcing the border however, he has failed to win their support in his 100 day all-out push to create a guest worker program or a path to citizenship for illegal aliens.
"... the first thing we have to do is to protect the borders," House Speaker J. Dennis Hastert, Illinois Republican, told the Washington Times. "Until you protect the borders, any reform without protecting the border is premature."
While polls show varying support for a guest worker program and for legalizing illegal aliens, one area that most voters agree on in the polls is the need to do more to secure the borders.

My understanding is that the guest program opens up SS benefits for illegals. MY SS BENEFITS! Yes, and yours. This has got to stop. I agree that the borders have to be dealt with first. Let's hope congress does, too.

Laura: The ONLY thing Congress is interested in doing is to get reelected. Anything else is very secondary.

To quote Michael Savage, "Borders, language, culture."
If the borders aren't secure neither are we. So I say:
"Mr. President, build up that wall!"
Nothing we do will be of any lasting effect if we can't keep them out. Ronald Reagan proved that.
While we have thousands of GREAT Americans risking their lives to secure a country that doesn't want us there in the first place we can't even protect our own country from invasion. It's pitiful, sinful, and treasonous.
They all got to go. You know who you are. You're the politician, the business, the sign carrying do-gooder, the AFL-CIO that sides with day-labor organizers, the Ford Motor Co. that finances the racial hate groups, the farmer that uses illegals, anyone that uses these people for their vote, their cheap labor or just to ease your own conscience.

your 100% correct. If you cannot secure the borders, then Homeland security or any other measures are totally useless.

It's no different than spending $10,000 on the home security system and leaving the front door unlocked.

however, if the trend continues, start buying stock in companies that teach Spanish.
