Kulongoski to meet with Mexico's President Fox -- in Yakima Washington

KEZI--

Governor Ted Kulongoski will meet with Mexico's President Fox tomorrow afternoon when Fox arrives at McAllister Air Force Base in Yakima Washington.
President Fox, who is nearing his six-year term is on tour in the western United States which does not include Oregon.
really?
Planned topics include immigration, the use of National Guard troops among the border, travel and tourism as well as mutual economic opportunities, health and education issues including a Spanish-language curriculum Mexico has developed.
I think it's interesting that Ted Kulongoski who has already publicly stated that he did not have time because of "important governmental issues" to debate for the governor's race, yet, he has time to go out of his way to travel to another state to meet with Mexico's president Fox.

I didn't know that Teddy the K knew what "importand governmental business" was except for his daily hourly nap.

And why is he in Yakima to make nice with Fox? Could Washington's faux governor not make it because of some "important governmental business"?

At least Fox will find kindred souls with those two wanna-be governors.
